Hotellme is a Gift Card that can be exchanged on hotellme.eu for one or more hotel nights, depending on the conditions associated with your specific gift card. On our paltform you will find an offer of more than 500,000 hotels worldwide.
The Hotellme Gift Card is valid for two years from the moment it has been issued.
You can choose from a large number of selected hotels. With more than 500,000 affiliated accommodations, there is something for everyone. The offer includes large hotel chains such as Accor Hotels, NH Hotels and Barcelo Hotels, but also many attractive (family) hotels!
You can use the credit of the Hotellme Gift Card several times. Until the full credit has been used.
It is currently not possible to exchange multiple gift cards for one booking on our website.
If you want to book a hotel that costs more than the value on your gift card you will be asked to pay the difference via our payment module.
First check whether you have entered the code correctly. Sometimes an empty space is automatically copied when copying the code. If this is not the case, please contact us via the contact form. Do not forget to give us the code that does not work.
You can only use the Hotellme Gift Card on our website. You cannot redeem the hotellme gift card directly via the websites of the hotels themselves.

Check the cancellation conditions of the reservation you have made. If the booking can be cancelled, please send your cancellation request with the booking confirmation to: info@hotellme.eu. The refunded amount will be credited to the gift card used to make the booking. To change a booking, you must first cancel and then make a new booking. Please note that there may be costs associated with this.Have you chosen the non-refundable booking option? Then unfortunately you cannot cancel or change your booking

If you have lost the Hotellme Gift Card, please contact our customer service via our contact form. After verification you will receive a new booking code. Pay attention! Only on the condition that the Hotellme Gift Card has not yet been redeemed.
Excluded are persons under the age of 18 provided he/she is accompanied by a person over 18 years of age. Travel groups are also excluded from this promotion.
